The Prospect of selling the house that had been home for 48 years and moving away from Banff was a daunting one.  We are now in our Comox home and the whole sale/move has gone quite smoothly and painlessly thanks to all the young men who helped us along the way.  First among those is our Royal LePage Realtor Christian Dubois and his working partner Christopher Vincent.  They went beyond the call of duty to be helpful.  When the market was dragging we were visited regularly with up dates – always on time for an appointment and always positive and cheerful.  In the unique Banff situation they visited the park office and the town office for things that might be left for us.  Never were we made to feel a question was stupid or that a request was too much trouble.  In the final offer/counter offer…offer/counter offer scenario Christian was probably a tougher bargainer than we would have been.  With all the costs involved every dollar is welcome.
